Firstly, it's important to us that we come up with a system design that's efficient, cost effective and that will best suit the needs of you and your property. Secondly, when choosing a new boiler it’s been our policy for many years to recommend a quality manufacturer, such as Worcester Bosch or Baxi, who offer extended parts and labour guarantees of up to 12 years* on their products. Athough it's possible to save several hundred pounds buying a cheaper alternative in our experience this often proves to be a false economy as, in the long run, these boilers often have much shorter guarantee periods, tend to suffer frequent breakdowns and the spare parts are very expensive. In fact, on several occasions recently we’ve had new customers contact us and insist we replace these ‘cheap’ boilers after only 6 or 7 years use having become fed up with constant reliability and repair cost issues (in comparison, we'd expect a quality boiler to last at least 12 to 15 years).
